John Ahorsu-Walker is a licensed psychologist and a special educator by the Ghana Psychology Council. In the past few years, He worked as a teaching assistant at the university, a special education teacher, and a behavior technician/ therapist for learners with Special Educational Needs Disabilities (SEND). John employed diverse skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), differentiated learning strategies, multisensory learning approaches, and task analysis to improve the learning outcome for learners with SEND. He holds a Master's degree in special education and a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Cape Coast. His goal is to see all children and adolescents regardless of their disabilities become independent and responsible adults, where they can contribute to national development. His research interests include Applied Behavior Analysis, transition,  inclusive education, and employment/ vocational skills development for people in the IDD population.
